Re-branding of the Valspar concrete product line. Pitched creative concepts to brand managers. Established the look and feel for new product line label and package designs. Worked with photography manager to design the studio sets for all the custom photography used on the packaging.

Homepage concept was designed to be an extension of a retailer’s website (eg: Target.com). The page links the consumer to Devine Kids paint while encouraging a playful color selection process. Role: Art Direction & Design
Retail concept for Devine Kids (a line extension of Devine Color). This concept coordinates paint to a retailer’s soft goods, like bedding. The rendering show how paint products could be merchandised on a retail end cap using color sheets and paint daubs; without the traditional approach of showing a paint can on shelf. Worked closely with a copywriter to develop key messaging points. Role: Art Direction & Design
Point of purchase display showcases the Cabot exterior stain color palette in Lowe’s and independent retailers. Project took over 18 months to complete and involved close interaction with industrial designers. Responsibilities included layout of all graphic content, approving materials, working closely with industrial designers and sourcing custom photography. Prototype reviews and press check approvals took place across the USA.
Redesign of a high-end paint brand logo, design needed to incorporate a painter’s palette concept. The typeface was tailored for a clean script word mark, while the icon appears in different color combinations to emphasize the color coordination aspect of the brand. Role: Design & Production
A fresh clean design approach for paint labels, where each type of product finish (flat, satin, semi-gloss) has a different color background and logo color combination for easy distinguishing.
