Participatory project that asked gallery visitors to connect differently by connecting intentionally. 400 Ribbons were printed with one of 24 statements that challenged the visitors to connect differently. For example: “Hang out with a friend on a regular basis,” “Invite someone you don’t know well to have coffee,” “Send a note of encouragement to a friend via snail mail.” As the visitors choose a ribbon, they were to tie it to their wrist as a reminder and wrote down on a card which ribbon they chose and why.
